Order Will Be Processed Within 6-8 Business Days.

we are not responsible for any missing packages or items lost, stolen or stuck in transit once they have left our fulfillment center.Tracking information will be emailed to the customer when the order has been processed.It is the customer's responsibility to track and secure their packages upon delivery.

My Order

Orders are processed and shipped within 10 business days in our warehouse, unless otherwise noted in the product description, or if there is a pre-order item in your purchase. A confirmation email with tracking information will be sent when the order has been shipped.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are determined by the weight, shipping method, and delivery address of the order. akinerakcam.com we aim to provide you with the lowest possible cost for shipping while ensuring that you receive your order in a timely and secure manner.

Please note that addresses outside the United States may have additional sales tax, duties and/or customs charges.  We are unaware of these at the time the order is placed and these are due from the customer at the time of delivery.  If fees are not paid, your order may be returned to us or continued to be held by the Customs or Government or other authority in the country of deliverance.

United States Orders

Orders being shipped to an address in the United States are mailed, and typically take 6-8 days to be delivered.  Exceptions to this would be determined by events outside of our control such as weather, natural disasters or other unforeseen circumstances.

International Orders

Shipment of international orders will be delivered by DHL.You will have the ability to use DHL’s On Demand Delivery to change your delivery date and make other delivery arrangements if necessary. Signature is required for all packages.

International shipments may be held by your local Customs Authority for an additional 7-14 days depending on the customs laws in your country. Customers are responsible for paying applicable sales tax, duties, and customs charges. We are not responsible for any customs charges or fees. If fees are not paid, your order may be sent back to us or continued to be held by the Customs or Government or other authority in the country of deliverance.

 

 

My order wasn't delivered is now showing that it was returned to akinerakcam.com

The package can be returned for various reasons.  One common reason is for an incomplete or incorrect address.  Please be sure to verify your address before submitting your order.

In the event that your order is returned by USPS or DHL, when we receive your order, we will process it and issue a refund.  We will not attempt to re-ship the order, you will need to place a new order.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Change my order or cancel my order

Unfortunately, we are unable to change orders, however, we can cancel the order and issue a refund for the entire order.  This must be done before the order has shipped. We are unable to cancel an order once it has been shipped.
